Absolutely TERRIBLE service at this Papa Johns! We will never be ordering from this location again. We placed a large order 3... days in advance for lunch for our work crew. Come the day of delivery we get a call from a DOOR DASH driver (since when do pizzaplaces hire door dash drivers to do their deliveries?? that is YOUR job!) The driver could not even speak English. Sat on thephone with him 5-10 minutes trying to explain how to get to the delivery location and who to call once there (you should not bea drive if you cannot follow directions...). After we hung up the driver called Papa Johns and told them that he could not get ahold of anyone and that he was taking the pizzas back. (WHAT?!) I waste MY time on MY day off explaining to you how to do YOURjob and then you lie and you won't even deliver our food? Absolutely unprofessional service. The people working at Papa Johnswere incredibly rude as well, very unhelpful, very uncaring. Terrible customer service. They clearly do NOT care if theirpatrons get their food or not. Then they tell me they are going to send their own driver back out to deliver our foodimmediately. Should have done that in the first place?! 20 minutes later I get ANOTHER text saying DOOR DASH is on their wayagain.... Endless lies from this business. Completely unprofessional. Then they CANCEL our order without notice and we have togo pick up the pizzas ourselves?! We should have gotten our incredibly COLD PIZZA completely FREE at this point! This placeshould not even be in business. Avoid this horrible place at all costs! It isn't worth the stress and they do NOT deserve yourmoney or your time! I am disappointed to say the thin crust pizza I have ordered before was dry hard and cold tonite when it arrived. If I had known... I would have tipped less generously. But it was not the fault of the driver. When it turned out overcooked. It should have beenremade. Read more
Stop using door dash. If you can't keep drivers then you need to stop taking delivery orders. Because I am tired of getting cold... pizza that looks like it was tossed around in the car. These people that dash do not care about your product and it's justcausing you money having to remake the orders. Read more
Just awful. Put in a plan ahead order for 3 large 1 topping pizzas and 2 drinks-- put in the order over 2 hours in advance. 30... minutes after the scheduled time--no word. I call and speak to a woman who was rude and complaining about my order and the otherplan ahead orders. Then, I asked if they could call and let me know when they were on their way because I ordered for a schooland the kids have lunch at a certain time. She hung up on me. Read more
We have ordered from this location multiple times and not once have we had a good experience. Being one of the few pizza places... close by, we have given it multiple chances but I?m done now. Every time we order it take almost 2 hours for delivery due to ?Nodrivers? and our pizza sits there waiting on a driver for an hour each time. I get that it?s hard to find someone willing towork but the delivery program should be shut down if they can?t do any better. Read more
I live five, maybe six blocks from this store and the delivery is almost always later than their estimated time. I stay almost... because today it arrived at the last minute. The last time it was 15 minutes past the timeframe, which is the norm here. Thereason I'm complaining now is because the gave me a pepperoncini that was the size of my thumbnail. I mean that's a brandstandard and they give me this rinky-dink speck of pepper. Then there was the time I payed for extra garlic sauce and they putranch in with my pizza! I paid extra for the standard account of garlic sauce and I hate ranch! The pizza's usually okay so theyget a star for that, but it would be a lot better if it didn't get here 30-45 minutes after the app says it's on its way everysingle time.
