Always delicious soup and sandwiches.
They left out my cinnamon crunch bagel. I explained to the mgr that I was 3 floors above them and a tech up here had time to run... down and get my original order. When he got back I realized the bagel was missing. I called and spoke with the mgr and once Itold him my situation, I'm recovering from quintuple bypass, he said someone would bring it up to me. This Panera Bread is located inside a pediatric ER!!! Paid parking. No rapid pickup available.
I have ordered from here multiple (4) times. Twice it has been wrong. Once, it was not brought to Women's as marked. 1st order... was no butter, 2nd no cream cheese, which I ordered. 3rd was good. 4th.... I ordered bagel butter cream cheese, a fullbaguette, half baguette, I received bagel, fixings, torn in half baguette. I tried guys. Do not go here at night. I made an order and it was canceled one of the staff members told me the kitchen closed we are no... longer serving out the kitchen they close at 12:00 am and I made the order at 11:15 pm. I asked them will I get my money backthey said we don?t know but if I got a problem with that they will call security to get me out the store. I just left and had toDispute the charger with my bank.
