When my husband I arrived around 6:20pm on Nov.8th. The manger and staff were talking in the doorway of the kitchen, in... appropriately, didn't even say hello, the cashier (Jacinta) was leaning over cashier register, didn't acknowledge us, until Ispoke. I had to ask to put my number in for points, she couldn't tell us about the chicken sandwiches. When my husband got hisordered it was completely wrong. When the order is wrong, for your inconvenience they are to ask if you would like a drink ordessert, which they didn't. The restaurant was unclean and filthy. When asked to clean off the table and chair, she just wipedit to the floor instead of getting a bucket to wipe it into. Lights were hanging nearly off from the ceiling, he ceiling wasfilthy. I did not dare go into the bathroom. This panera needs to close, be remodeled and hire competent staff and management, before someone gets food poisoning. I have never been in a panera with this poor quality of service and just nasty. Read more
Went three times trying for a Madagascar vanilla cold brew. Drink was messed up the first two times and gave me a regular iced... vanilla latte. The second time didn?t give me the correct size. The third time they got the cold brew correct but barely put anyof the cream. Didn?t bother asking to fix it, employees are not friendly. Great for breakfast IF they have all the ingredients. Delicious autumn squash soup. Frequently out of specific ingredients, all... sizes of cups and aren?t terribly good at pick up orders. Every time I come to pick up an order I?ve placed at the appointedpick-up time I have to ask staff for it. It?s never on the pick up shelves. I was really disappointed with my service last night. My friend and I went through the drive through and the service staff can?t... help that they?re out of things, but they can be kind when explaining their options. It took a long time even though we were theonly ones in the drive through or inside the restaurant but even that I didn?t mind. What I was upset about was once we got ourfood, there wasn?t much of it. I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was mostly bread and tomato and my roommate got a fronterachicken sandwich that was mostly onions. Truthfully, I would rather be told they had low stock or were out of those items toothan to feel like I got cheated out of a $30 meal. I wanted a Pick 2 with a sandwich and French Onion soup; chips instead of bread; regular size sweet tea and a Pumpkin cookie. ... They had no soups and no Pumpkin cookie. I then asked for a Brownie and they had no Brownies. I received a large unsweet teainstead of a regular size sweet tea and I received bread instead of chips. I am very disappointed with this visit.
