Tried to get free drink with new coupon in mail - they told me I couldn't use free coupon unless I ordered and paid for... something else. They said I couldn't use coupon for free drink unless I bought something. The coupon was for a free drink. Thecoupon did not say I needed to buy food in order to use it. I received other coupons for buy 1dish and would get 1 free. Themanager also got involved and said say thing. These employees were very rude!! Will not go there again, just because of theservice!!! My food was fresh. Our server made sure to give us a good serving of everything. She even gave us extra. Very very nice.
This is by far the best Panda I've been to. I live in the neighborhood and order often. The workers are amazing. Friendly,... attentive, and always working hard. I've ordered inside, in the drive-through, and on Uber and it's always good. Props to theguys and gals working there and props to whoever is leading the way, management, etc. It's hard to get good service nowadays soI really appreciate these folks! Thank you! Read more

The employees were yelling at each other instead of serving the customers. My plate was only half full and we were over charged... instead of ringing up our bigger plates we were charged for a plate and charged $2 for our ragoons. After waiting so long forthem to stop fighting we just paid so we could eat. I love Panda express but would not recommend this location. Read more
The bar was very short on food except the 3 items that were $1.25 extra. So I ordered 3 meats and 1 side, it was $12.40. Since... they were out of the orange chicken the lady said I?ll bring it out to you. She has made the smallest little tiny box withorange chicken in it and I said that?s all you?re going to put on there is that little tiny box. She said yeah. I said I think Iwant a refund on the third one and I just want the two entrées and the one side. She looks confused him and she got her managerhe said so what do you want, I said I wanted a refund. I?ll pay for the two but I want a refund for the third one he said wellit?s only $1.50 that we?re charging you for it, I was so embarrassed that I just took the food and left. It?s a palling when youasked for a refund and they try to belittle you and say well it?s only this much so you?ll keep it and not do a refund. I thinkhe didn?t understand how to do the refund so I will not be ever shopping here again, I was in a hurry and the guy embarrass mesaying it was only $1.50. I will be reporting them to the corporate office as well. It wouldn?t be so bad if there to go boxesdidn?t go down in size or the spoon size that they used wasn?t smaller than it was when they first started. And I seems likeeveryone is cutting everything back as much as possible, I just wanted a refund and didn?t want to pay for the extra that Iwasn?t going to eat. I?ve heard so much about this place and how good it was. Well, maybe it WAS good but not today by any standard. The first thing... I had to deal with was a waiter who scowled at me as though I desecrated his establishment with my presence. I ordered the AngusBeef and Orange Chicken Pellets. $14.86. It was more like Angus Gristle and Purina Food Chunks. Tasteless, tough, and terrible.The rice was cold and bland. They don?t have spoons for some reason and the dining room temperature was about 50 F. That guy isstill giving me the evil eye. The orange drink was okay. Man, I wish he would stop starring at me.
