This place has amazing ramen, the prices are pretty good for the quality and the quantity you get. My only thing is if you don?t... eat pork or specific meats you aren?t able to switch out the broth and meat on it so the options can be limited, but if youaren?t picky and love anything it wouldn?t be a problem. Very nice tucked away anime themed ramen place. Definitely recommend getting a seat outside in the corner furthest to the... street, gives you a nice view of the whole restaurant. Portionage was generous, I ordered the Tennessee Monster Edition and itwas great. Not spicy at all, if you're a spice fiend you should probably order spice. Tried a friend's spicy miso ramen and ifthey had a monster edition of that I would've probably got that instead. Stopped in for snow day ramen. The edamame, shoyu ramen, and koji shoyu had good flavors, but the soft boiled eggs were cold in... the middle (refrigerator cold) and the broth temperature on my shoyu was not as hot as expected.
