Visiting from out of state, we were super exited to get some seemingly authentic ramen in town. Having lived in Japan for many... years, my boyfriend was especially excited. The noodles were not handmade, better than instant but not fresh. We asked for thespiciest bowl, and found the flavor extremely lacking. As far as portions sizes, we can understand supply chain issues however,it would have been nice to know we?d only be getting two pieces of meat and 1/2 of a ramen egg so we could have at least optedfor the add-on of more. All in all, not the worst but no where near the best especially for the prices. Wish we could?ve seenthis pre-Covid but for now You?re much better going to Far East Nashville for a bowl of pho that is out of this world. Read more
What are you guys doing? I used to really love this place. When I first started going here a few years ago they'd always give... you ample food. But now, they must have either changed management and/or chefs. Ramen quality not as good as before and theyonly give you, at best, a tablespoon of meat (not an exaggeration) while you're paying $16 per dish. Whoever made the decisionto give 3 dime-sized morsels of meat should be terminated immediately. Otherwise that call is going to hurt you in the long run.Quality and value have gone way downhill. You?re better off going to the Dollar General across the street and getting a $0.85 ramen pack rather than this so-called... spaghetti noodles mess of what they call ramen. $15 for this is disgusting- do not go to this place if ramen is what you?recraving, you?ll be deeply disappointed. Read more
Love this place. Always quality food and wonderful service. They always strive hard for the best experience, from start to... finish, at all of their locations. The location in East is the closest to my home and I frequent it; often every otherweekend. With times as they are, being "to-go only" isn't a downside in the slightest, and it does not affect their qualitystandards of food or service. I always place an order online to go pick up and it is always fast, fresh & hot. Their boba isalso very good. With wonderful tapioca pearls, never overcooked, and great flavors I was pleasantly surprised. I don't normallybuy boba but I get it as a dessert sometimes. Worth the try & worth the money every time. Good quality food is definitely worththe money to me and this place is easily the best ramen in Nashville. Read more

Absolutely amazing and super convenient! Everything we had was perfect, for flavor and presentation. The tonkatsu sandwich was... particularly delicious. Also, the staff and management were super friendly. One quick note: this is a walk-up order/take-outplace (i.e., no indoor seating, but they do have a couple of picnic tables). Read more
