Pizza by the slice! NY White and NY Greek. Two pieces for under $10. Very fast service. Awesome looking ovens. I have to admit... that the White was great. I'm always interested when I'm out across the country and see Pizza advertised as New York Pizza. The pizza in Western New York... is very hard to beat so I'm always curious how close places can come. I tried two slices and was impressed enough to buy apie. Very tasty. Crust a little thinner than we have but very close in flavor and texture. One thing did knock them down by astar though. If you have your pizza maker visible. I would want to see them instead of wearing one pair of gloves, eitherchanging them out for every pie but I know that's expensive. I just don't wear any gloves and wash at the wash sink beforeevery pizza. Knowing that those closest probably been on for hours and seeing them touch myriad of things, it's really justthem keeping their hands clean, and not keeping my food protected. That being said it's Pizza and places that make it behindthe scenes, all have the same things going on so it is what it is. I hope this wasn't too harsh.
