I ordered a cake and balloons from this location to be picked up by 9:30am. I arrived almost 45 mins later on my way to the... event to find that they had no idea about the balloons. I had to be at the event by a certain time but they made me wait whilesomeone in the back slowly filled and tied 10 balloons. When she came out, they were the most severely under inflated andsaddest bouquet of balloons I?ve ever seen and definitely worlds apart from what they show on their website! Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order two days prior of needing it. Day of, I call this location & checked on... the progress of my cake at 11:54Am. Whoever answered the phone let me know my cake was not ready because they have me set topick up at 1pm. Although I requested the cake to be chilled because it wasn?t being served right away. Why have that as a optionif it will not be honored. I then asked her if it would be ready for pickup by my pickup time at 1pm and she said yes. I getthere at 1:03pm and I am told it will be another 10-15minutes for the icing drizzle to settle. If it was prepared in time Iwouldn?t have to wait. I didn?t leave until 1:34pm which made me late to the small gathering I was attending. I will never orderfrom this establishment again due to my time not being respected. If the cake was properly started at the correct time, waitswouldn?t happen. The cake was not chilled at all. More like quickly made & still not on time. Read more
We had a last minute cake problem that needed to be solved- AND FAST. It was almost closing time but Jordan went above and... beyond to stay a bit later and help us out with exactly what we needed. I am so pleased with their quality of customer service!! I was visiting the area to attend my daughter's birthday/graduation... dinner so I ordered a birthday bouquet in advance along with a mini variety pack. I called back and ordered additional cakes totake back to my family as little happys'. It was my first time visiting Nashville and I didn't realize the location was 20minutes from the hotel. I do not do well in traffic and on top of dealing with heavy traffic there was road construction andheavy rain. After picking up my order, making my way through heavy rain and traffic, I get back to the hotel room only torealize I did not have the mini variety pack. I called practically in tears at the idea of possibly having to drive 20 minutesback to pick up missing items. I explained without the minis my daughter would not have cake for guest. The manager wasdetermined to make their error right! She had their delivery driver deliver them to the hotel!! Keep in mind this was Mother'sDay weekend!! Bundt Cakes are an easy treat to bring to Christmas! The cake is perfect and never dry. Cream cheese frosting keeps them from... being too sweet. The three different sizes makes it easy to choose what?s right for your event. I do wish they would let you?create your own? mix when you order a dozen of their smallest size. That way you can get more of the flavors you know yourpeople like most. Read more
Going outside the norm of ordinary cupcakes. What a hit! Bought a dozen for my coworkers birthday. The clerk who helped was... great. He showed me some birthday decorations we could add which looked so cute. The mini bundts were amazing. Also tried asample if the snickerdoodle and had to get that to. You will not be disappointed. This place takes way to long to prepare an order that was placed online 24 hours in advance. This staff acts like they do not... know what they are doing. Very disappointed in the service at this location. I will not be back. Read more
