Don?t do it. Pick another place for catering. I just ate the chicken pesto with a side of pasta salad and a brownie. It was... horrible. The sandwich was small and unbelievably dry. I don?t understand why they would make such a bad sandwich. I?ve had itbefore. This was bad. The pasta salad was like 2 ounce container and the brownie was tiny as well. It was literally a quarterthe size of a normal brownie. It feels like a scam. Follow me here. I got this for free right, it was catering. So I should behappy with what I get. But no. My company paid for this. We could have gotten anywhere else. But since this place no longertakes people in the dining area, quality has gone out the door. And now they are betting people won?t review it. But in here tosay no way. I will be out spoken about this specific restaurant because it was so bad and servings were so small. It used to beso good. I visited the News on West End Ave in Nashville on April 28 2022 at 1:50pm. When I walked in one of the cashiers was busy with a... customer but the other girl was leaning on the counter texting, I waited a minute and asked her if she was open, and she gave methis look like I was inconveniencing her and reluctantly took my order. I would have complained to the manager, but I reallydon?t think they would have cared. The entire staff looked unkempt and disheveled. This location used to be great, but obviouslyit has gone downhill fast. Just got my food with no tray unbelievable. Read more

Newk's Eatery is always enjoyable. Soup, sandwiches, salads, pizza & more. Their dining room and entire facility is always... clean, and is a nice relaxing atmosphere. The food is a little pricey, but it's the quality that you are paying for. Read more
Fresh food at great prices and super fast service. Staff was friendly. Really like that they have fresh fruit for a side choice... it makes having dessert totally worth the calories. And you must try the caramel cake! Read more
I had the best salad from here! It was the Salmon Cesar Salad. What a nice dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. I asked for tea and... the worker leaned the container forward and it was enough to fill up my cup. Then a few minutes later she clocked out andleft. I am giving them 5 stars on everything but, I did see 4 people ask for more tea and it went unnoticed. Most of the patronsjust got something different to drink. I don't like a lot of things like coke so, i really wanted tea. They were really busy andeveryone was running around. My food came out quickly and it was amazing. I also got a Rice Krispy treat. They were located bythe register and hard to resist. The parking lot is small here, it is Nashville and parking is hard to come by. My food wasamazing and I would highly recommend going here!
