If I could give this place 0 stars, they certainly earned it. When we first arrived we had made the reservation with a manager... and immediately walked in and was told that we were not on the list. The manager corrected the error and we were seated. Onceall seated we immediately ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner. We had to continue to ask the waiter to check the statusof our food. The appetizers arrived an hour after seated and our dinner arrived 50 minutes later. Once the food arrived it wasbland and cold. The waiter thought it was okay to take the dish I just took a bite out of to warm it in the oven which is veryunsanitary. My husbands waygu was also cold. They also tried to charge us for a side that never came out. Similar experiencewith the rest of the guest. We will not return based on the poor quality of food. Then the night got better. We valet our carsand the valet tenant scratched our car into our friends car and tried to deny and own up to his mistake. When we asked for thegeneral manager he basically didn’t care. He told us to look at the valet stand and call that company and he went on about hisway. Very poor customer service at this place. They are very short tempered and we had the intentions of spending at least $300per couple but they messed up their opportunity. Never again! Read more

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We had 4 people in our party. We order waguy meatball starter. For dinner we ordered 2... Ribeye and filet. The steaks were cool perfectly. This place is absolutely the BEST. Philip the manager came by to say hello.Highly recommend this place! I don’t understand why the negative reviews the last few times. Read more

We went for dinner reservation on a Thursday. The restaurant was fairly slow for a downtown Nashville restaurant. There were... plenty of empty tables. Food was amazing; the host was nice, however, service could use an attitude and efficiency adjustment.We get someone is being trained…at dinner rush; however, it’s not that difficult to slightly divide and conquer. It’s notdifficult for the trainee to run drinks or refill waters so it’s not a 30 minute wait for a drink. Also, if you’re going tohave a conversation about a wine price being incorrect and you cannot sell us the bottle after it took 3 times to understandwhat wine someone is asking for, make sure it’s far far away from the table….from the customers ear shot! A good attitudecan go a long way. Four people at the table worked in the service industry, we get being short handed; however, It should nevertake 30 minutes to deliver drinks multiple times as well as water refills. Or to take a appetizer or food order. I have neverseen service so bad. I’ve seen better service in a fully packed carrabas that had 1 server working tables and the bartenderwas working the other half of the tables on top of running the bar and making drinks. People are paying several hundred to athousand dollars for dinner. The standard of service should be higher. Read more

Phenomenal service and experience! James had great recommendations and he was very attentive. The filet mignon with lobster was... cooked to perfection (well done) and still full of flavor. The lobster and butter was savory and filling. Each side dishcomplimented the meal exceptionally well. The lobster Mac n cheese was rich thick and creamy. The Brussels sprouts were savoryand charred. The mash potatoes were good but nothing that stood out. The lava cake had a dark chocolate taste. Salmon had asavory blend of herbs. Read more

My husband and I have come here 1-4 times a year for about 8 years. We always have a great experience, but the new store manager... Philip is a gem! He is truly invested in every customer’s experience. We visited recently after last going in March and heremembered us. That alone is impressive! The restaurant’s new chef is also fantastic! Our recent visit was for a tasting eventand both the chef and the bar killed it. We love the changes we’re seeing and are excited to see what these awesome peoplecreate together! Read more

The staff was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors. We came for our anniversary and they had customized the menu to say... happy anniversary on the top ???? super nice touch. The hostess also came to our table while eating to take picture of us, sheprinted- we had a cute keepsake. You definitely will spend a lot here but I honestly didn’t think my it was worth it. If thefood was as good as the staff it would be. All the food just really lacked flavor, there wasn’t much taste. The best thing wehad was the dessert, the bread pudding. Definitely not worth the price I’m sure there are better steak places to go ifyou’re gonna spend this type of money. Read more

Lunch at Morton’s steakhouse! They just started a lunch menu and it was fantastic! Trinity our Server was also awesome.... Especially liked the “2 for” menu selection, great value for amazing Morton’s quality food. Strongly recommend the breadpudding with ice cream for dessert. A great spot for a work lunch celebration. Amazing evening at Morton’s Steakhouse! We had company Christmas Dinner at their location in downtown Nashville this holiday.... Lovely private large room was reserved for us. They had excellent service all evening! So many appetizers were sampled!!Delicious salad, lobster bisque, ???? steaks, mashed potatoes, asparagus, & even Mac & cheese!! Dessert was perfect finishingtouch! We will be back!! Read more
