Drive through people are cool. I used to get mcgriddle triple stacks. They aren't on the menu anymore but some dude at a drive... through in Pennsylvania was like, "yo, eat this instead of getting 2 of the little ones." it can be hard to open your mouth thatbig though. Seems curb-side service, at the nearest 2 locations to me, is getting worse: those do not appear to appreciate the business... they get. Poor packaging and handling, poor customer interaction. Thursday night I went through the drive thru window. Ordered Big Mac & 10 pc M nuggets, Fries, & Medium Coke. When I got home,... Big Mac was a regular burger in the box, 10 piece McNuggets we're Old & Hard as a Rock, fries were dumped all in the bag & thecoke was horrible. Services at this location are Horrible. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a Big Mac, a quarter pounder with cheese, a medium fry and a hot fudge sundae with extra toppings! Was... told that they had no ice cream so gave me one apple pie then I took a bite of the quarter pounder with cheese it was raw insideugh gross! Worse service ever. Just wanted a cheeseburger kids meal with for my grandson. Waited 20 minutes at drive through and no on... never asked for order. Then when I decide to pull around were they just taking orders from 1 lane...no one knew what was goingon. Then got order asked for fries and why did have apples and no fries. It's hit and miss. I guess it depends on who's cooking. Sometimes you wait in line behind just two cars and you're there for 20... to 30 minutes waiting. Some days it moves fast. Sunday is really sluggish starting at about 2:00 p.m. . Be ready to wait in lineat least 30 minutes. Sometimes the chicken is absolutely wonderful and sometimes it's horrible. Read more
