Place needs new management. Bathroom was gross and uncleaned for two days straight. (And people worry about covid)? The menu... says one price but the employee's say prices have changed so why isn't the menu changed? The hours say open till 11pm so I getthere at 10:19pm and the doors where locked and place was closed with a homeless dude inside? Then on my way to work I stoppedby around 5:55am and the place was closed? The hours on door say opens at 5am. I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Read more
The food was very fresh and good. The service was horrible. Those employees there need to learn customer service. They work in... the hospitality industry and there was none of that shown from a single employee I saw working there. We sat facing the kitchenand front counter area and there was just one rude interaction after another with all of the customers that came in after us. Wealso both ordered meals and didn't receive cups at all and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to have to give usany because they messed up in the first place. Then they went and checked my order on their screen before giving them to us likeI lied about both our orders being meals when I never even left the counter after receiving my food because I knew we didn't getcups yet. Anyways, at least the food was hot and fresh, so good job to the kitchen staff. But they should seriously fire anyonethere that interacts with the public and hire some people who understand what hospitality means. Read more
My food was, well, it's McD, but I don't know what's up with the lady manager, it seems she don't want to be there, very abrupt... with everyone. I do feel for her because I don't know her story outside the restaurant so therefore, I cannot judge her. Maybeif someone ask her how is her day or maybe she should be retrained back to cashier/cook so she can reassimilate the customerservice part? I wish her good luck, she needs some loving ?? Read more
A solid clean Mcdonalds. Nothing less nothing more expected than your normal fast food chain . The dining room and restrooms... were clean and well maintained . The staff was friendly and quick. There was a rush at the drive through but the dine in patronswere helped rather quickly as well. We got the hot fudge sundae and the strawberry banana smoothie to beat the heat . I was super thirsty after walking around downtown. I stopped in to grab a sweet tea and pie to go. Everything went well until... I tried drinking my tea after driving down the road. It was bitter and not good at all. I needed water to wash out the bitterflavor. The moral of the story, taste your drink to go before you leave. Read more
For being on West end and significantly located in Nashville this place is a total dump. The staff literally yells at their... customers to not wait in line and to place orders through the kiosk. I clearly told them light tarter and they drenched it. Ofcourse my thinking is this was done on purpose because I plainly asked not to overdo it. This is how I normally would get asandwich it's why I either say light or none at all. With a pandemic and people out of work this McDonald's should be ashamed ofthemselves for the people that they employ. The next time you go to work maybe you should bring a heart with you next time.
