This has to be the worst McDonalds ever. Sat at the ordering speaker at least 4 minutes before someone came on to take my order... (at least he was courteous and respectful and apologized for the wait and we could actually understand what he said, usuallythere is a bigger black girl, old white lady or young black guy working drive through and they are rude and don't speak clearly)The guy who finally took our order was friendly, fast and efficient. When we got to the window to pay there was a girl there andshe had an attitude and once she got our money she closed the window, got on a cell phone and sat down. Sat in line for anotherat least 15 minutes before we got our food. The guy there almost threw us our bag and I checked it and it wasn't even the rightfood said something to the guy but he barely spoke English and just kind of looked at us. By then we didn't care. Had been therefor at least 20 minutes and we were starving so just took it anyway. All around a horrible crew, atrocious service and attitudeswith the exception of the guy who took our order and the cooks. May not have been what we ordered but at least the sandwich waswell made and tasted excellent and the nuggets were hot and fresh, can't say the same about the fries. They were limp and soggy.I feel bad for the guy who took my order and the cooks. They were the only shining stars tonight and need a huge raise to beable deal with that kind of insanity and still deliver the kind of service and product they did. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was pleasant. There were a variety of drinks to choose from and the meal was good.

I was very, very, very disappointed!! For the fourth or fifth time there was no caramel in my wife's 'caramel' latte! Why is it... so hard to get average service? And then it took ten to fifteen minutes to get it corrected. Again, why it so hard to getaverage service from such an established business? Read more

I ordered a #5 with sweet tea. I took the bag and drove off thinking it would be correct. NO FRIES AT ALL... do better.

McDonalds is our go-to for breakfast when we travel. Since the food from McDonald's to McDonald's is usually pretty standard, so... I'm mostly looking for good service and a quick experience in the drive through. This McDonald's delivers. Fast, friendlyservice. Read more

So my fiance and I decided to give this location another try. Pretty big mistake. The bathroom were atrocious. The customer... service was a step down from before. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, employees even noticed us and still didn'ttake outlet order. When they finally did the guy was rude and acted like he would rather be stubbing his toe repeatedly on awall than at work. That being said, I got a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and was asked what kind of sauce. Told them sweet nsour. Ended up with bbq. Why ask if your not gonna put the right one in the bag? My fiance got a mcdouble bundle. Both our frieswere brown and hard, like they had been chilling just waiting for someone to purchase them. So needless to say, me personallywill not give this location another chance to rip me of hard earned money that I work to get. Nor do I want to let anotherperson go what I went through, 2 times now.
