The Kiosk are a great addition to the stores. I can just walk in and place my order and just wait for my food and drinks. One... minor criticism is that sometimes when I need to speak to an employee they seem to be busy helping with other tasks. All in allit's a five star store. Keep up the good progress. Read more

Arrived at drive thru around 10:50 pm. There were three cars in front of me, none behind. When it was my turn to order, the time... clicked to 11:00pm. The order taker barked out, ?We?re closed.? I said that we?d arrived before 11pm. Offering no apologies oranything else, she just repeated, ?We?re closed.? I had gone there just to get a carbonated drink for my son who was nauseous.I said we just wanted a beverage. Same response. ?Closed.? I expect more out of fast food customer service. This place is horrible! At 7pm, I asked for my fish sandwich to be cooked fresh and they gave me one that had to be sitting out... for at least 4 hours. My apple pie looked like glue! I can't make this up. I was on the way to a Nashville soccer game, trafficwas crazy so I didn't have the time to turn around. I will never go back to this location! Read more
Fantastic and very clean. Also very accommodating. We arrived about half an hour before closing and the attendant went above and... beyond his duty. He showed us the best dryers to use and let us stay till our clothes were finished. We are from Arizona andreally enjoyed conversing with him while we waited. Read more
The POOREST excuse for a McDonald's I have been to in all my adult life. We went inside for lunch and to the counter. It took... FOUR attempts to convey a very simple order because the cashier had no basic understanding of English. Not his fault, that is aManagement failure. My wife stood there 10 minutes after we paid and finally asked what was going on. They didn't even fill theorder! Then they tried to give us someone else's order. I really WANT to say there is a REASON people don't care about theservice they provide but they don't have a reason. They are demanding a raise of minimum wage yet provide service so inept mygrandchildren could outclass them with a pack of crackers and a juice box!
