I recommend no one eat here!!! Back in April, I worked for Uber and it was late night and I pulled up to the drive-thru and no... one answered me and then I pulled up to the window and saw a person that was in a management uniform and another crew memberwith what appeared to be them kissing. They still had their gloves on but we're kissing and they use gloves to make people'sfood??? Needless to say, I just let them continue on and did not order...I was at the window for at least a good 5 minutes... Iwill say I have had other bad experiences with this location late nights... My fries have been cold and my burgers are cold andthe meat is hard...as well as the buns... I am really disappointed and since the last few experiences, I will never return andgiven what I saw I see that this location does not care about sanitary standards at all.. Nashville gets a lot of tourists and Iwould definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Read more

I ordered McDonald's through Ubereats from the 2612 Franklin Pike Nashville, TN 37204 location. The food arrived hot & fast.... However, midway through eating the fries there was a dead cockroach. I tried calling the store over & over again, it would ring& ring then it would hang up. I am disgusted & to scared to even open the rest of my order. I have contacted Uber eats about afood safety hazard & I am contacting someone else to report this tomorrow when places are open because this is a health hazard &their store is obviously filthy & not up to safety codes. I ordered a small fry. That was the only thing I ordered. They were so nice they upgraded my French fry to the guys order in... front of me. That was super fly. There was so much food I fed the local bum. Also as I was charging my phone all day. They evenlet me smoke weed with them while the drive-thru was slammed packed. Thanks again guys Read more
I visited this mcdonalds waited at the cash stand for 15 mins while they just walked around and stared at me like im a fool. I... was so shocked. Them it was a shift mgr. That waited on me. She took order correct on the receipt however when burgers came outthey were incorrect. There was a mgr making samdwhiches what the wrong with it. The shift told her. Then it was12 minutes beforeit was sent back out. Then it was only after i went back to counter. This mcdonalds is newly remodeled. They need to remodlethe help. Read more
