Most Ghetto McDonald's in Nashville. Of course, the ice cream machine is on a permanent break. They have 2 lines that are... ridiculously long and extra slow. There is like one cashier and one cook. I?ve now had this encounter twice concerning bags of ice with this location. The initial was disappointing since in person and... now equally disheartening just a moment ago. What a great deal to offer bags of ice for 1.50 and why not, loved when $1. Yet totell me you don?t have ice when posted on your menu and with it simply being scooping ice into said bag creates an awkwardmoment. Where is the disconnect with this employee? On an item that never goes out of stock?atrocious service in this moment.Took $ out of my pocket since had to get from gas station and now my energy having to type this out. The food has always tasted good but they need to fix the menu as it has items they do not carry anymore. (cinnamon melts being... the big one, miss those) and they get modifications wrong every single time. So be prepared if you have any special requests Read more
