I just don't understand why we can't hire people that has home training and manners. Yeah you got people to work and flip... hamburger patties but nobody has any manners and there's no customer service how does that equal out to a business? I wasentering the store today when the manager Was exiting. She let the door slamm in my face and when I said thank you, Sheresponded with it's not her fault that I didn't grab the door. If I was the manager I would hold the door open if I saw acustomer come in, it's common courtesy and it's customer service!! Manners!!! Well they upgraded their building but not their service or food. Waited in line for 15 minutes with just 3 cars ahead of me and... then my burger was cold and dry. The person taking my order could barely understand English. Read more

****BEWARE***Unsanitary bathrooms for both customers and employees. This place has the nastiest bathrooms I?ve ever seen. The... attitudes from all staff are just as nasty. Overall, this may be an unsafe place to eat. This was by far the worst customerservice I?ve experienced at any fast food chain. The intercom at the drive thru was not clear. At the first window, they statedthey were unable to add a pie to my order. At the pickup window I was told to get anything else I would have to drive backthrough the drive thru, in which I had already sat in for at least 30min. We didn?t get any straws for our drinks, no ketchupfor fries nor was I given the opportunity to ask. I?ve been to so many McDonalds and this terrible experience was a first. Thepictures posted are of the bathroom. I?d think twice before eating here. This is the same bathroom the employees are using.
