Just witnessed the most terrible customer service ever. A fellow custoner was waiting on his dine in meal apparently this... location doesn't bring the food to your assigned table according to the table tent. The older Hispanic lady ignored him onpurpose after he called them out about not even attempting to locate his table tent his food was completely cold. the worst experience ever I had with Macdonald first I ordered fries staff were not friendly then when received my order I... noticed a man coming out of the restroom. Then 5 mins later my son wanted to use the restroom so bad I went to ask one of thestaff and was told restroom was not working so I said my son will use it not me he is 5 years old she still said no it's notworking so I told her that I have seen a man walking out of the ladies restroom not too long ago. I didn't argue much because myson had to use the restroom so bad. I went to Subway which was near by for him to use the restroom at first they didn't until Ibought a sandwich then when came back to Macdonald I throw the fries in the trash because they was already cold. The time it took to get our food from drive thru and the gentleman taking our order was very rude to make it worse. We waited... over 10 minutes after watching about 10 cars leave before I had to go inside to get my own food. Which wasn't even done rightbut we were late so had to deal with it. My roommate and I stopped for some lunch after our busy day. We grabbed our food and drove home about 7 minutes away. When we... got home we realized that our two of our cheese burgers were missing. We took a picture, grabbed our receipt and drove back.When we went to the counter the manager fought with us about our missing burgers. She told us that she packed the bag herselfand never would have left it out. We then said well they were and we want our burgers. She ended up making them but the entireexperience was very bad.
