My experience with McDonald's is less about the excellence of the meal, and more about the consistency. When I eat at... McDonald's,I want it to taste as expected. Whether it be a big Mac, egg McMuffin or even a McRib. With the introduction of theapp, and an efficient drive thru, this McDonald's is a quick experience. This is the second time ive been to this location and both times were horrible . The first time my chicken biscuit was... completely raw and the second time i got 2 chicken sandwiches for them to be old, grayish ,and topped with gnats . Absolutelydisgusting ! If i could give 0 stars i would but i have to give at least 1 star to post! Horrible, horrible, everytime I have visited this... location. There is no top on the sweet tea like COVID doesn't exist, there is never any straws or napkins for the customerswhether you are dining in or taking out, no receipt paper ever in the kiosk and they expect you to keep up with the order theyare paid to fulfill. No one greets you, no smiles on their faces all while forgetting your customers are the reason you have ajob. If we don't show up, you don't get paid. The little girls that work in the morning need to go back to school to learn some manners and give guest service. But what do... you expect when you hire young and dumb kids to work that don't have no sense or no manners whatsoever. It's already bad enoughthat I had to go back there again just to get the side sausage and a side of gravy that we paid for and going to give anattitude about it when we showed you the food and the receipt. Then you get sausage in the gravy together when it's supposed tobe separated, it's ridiculous when you can't even do something simple like separate in a sausage in the gravy. The only personthat was actually nice was Paola. Thank you Paola for doing a better job than the rest of your crew members and your manager. Hours here on Google say they are open until 12am however just went through the drive thru at 11:01 and they just say "We're... closed." through the intercom when you pull up to order. There were still 10+ customers in line. If your hours change then thecourteous thing to do is to update them so people don't waste time and gas getting to you just for you to rudely say "Wereclosed.". Read more
I bought 2 filet of fish and 2 chicken sandwiches. The fish was fine. The chicken was a joke. I paid close to $4 per sandwich.... Unbelievable!! I will never ever buy them again. They were flat and had no real taste. It should have been $1. Read more
