My experience with McDonald's is less about the excellence of the meal, and more about the consistency. When I eat at... McDonald's,I want it to taste as expected. Whether it be a big Mac, egg McMuffin or even a McRib. With the introduction of theapp, and an efficient drive thru, this McDonald's is a quick experience. This is the second time ive been to this location and both times were horrible . The first time my chicken biscuit was... completely raw and the second time i got 2 chicken sandwiches for them to be old, grayish ,and topped with gnats . Absolutelydisgusting ! If i could give 0 stars i would but i have to give at least 1 star to post! Horrible, horrible, everytime I have visited this... location. There is no top on the sweet tea like COVID doesn't exist, there is never any straws or napkins for the customerswhether you are dining in or taking out, no receipt paper ever in the kiosk and they expect you to keep up with the order theyare paid to fulfill. No one greets you, no smiles on their faces all while forgetting your customers are the reason you have ajob. If we don't show up, you don't get paid.
