Poor rating is more for the subway inside - second trip up here to get a hot meatball sandwich and they claim they don?t have... meatballs today. I call bulls**%. I think they are being lazy and don?t want to cook hot meatballs? personal opinion. Read more
Expanding of Mapco forced several small businesses to close or relocate. This location was very quick to increase gas prices but... remains some of the most expensive in town sitting at $4.64 for a few weeks now. Other places in Nashville are already down near$4. Forcing small businesses out and price gouging at the pump? No thank you. Read more
Excellent customer service! This is the first time I have heard of this brand and they had everything that I needed, especially... fuel for my journey back to the Cincinnati. Carolyn and her manger Della were Great!! They gave me a little history on thecompany, and explained to me the successful from a small fueling station to what you see here. This Mapco Express is new. It has plenty of gas pumps for you to get fueled. I went inside to get some food and got a Subway... sandwich. It was great and the worker was pleasant and efficient. My only issue was with the drink machine. I got a Spriteand didn't taste it before I left. So when I got home I found it was straight seltzer water. There wasn't a drop of flavoring.I will return but will always taste my fountain drink before leaving. Read more

The Subway has been a good experience however, the Mapco employees don?t give a rip about anything. There is never breakfast,... the bathrooms are dirty the girl behind the counter is always eating and never says anything to you. Read more
