I am not sure why I am just now writing a review as I have been coming here since the late 80's. We think the world of Manny and... without a doubt this is the BEST pizza that we have ever had (And we are from NY originally). We always call ahead and have ourpie ready when we arrive. Our kids have been eating this pizza since before they were born as we always made Manny's adestination stop after her OB/GYN visits and our kids are now 16,14, and 12). I recommend Manny's to EVERYONE that I meet whenthe topic of Pizza comes up. Read more
Some of the best pizza BUT something "strange" happened to me there today. The way they have it set up is you make your order... at one end, then when you pay you tell the cashier at the other end what you ordered and she rings it up. Out of all of thefolks in front of me in line and everyone behind me (while I was waiting), I was the only one that she asked staff forconfirmation of what I ordered (I am estimating 10 other orders happened while I was there). That was after I "guaranteed" thatwhat I told her was correct. She literally would not ring my order up until she got confirmation. Of note, the only"difference" between me and the others in line was the hue of my skin. Great pizza but I don't think I am going back. My wife,who buys pies from there for her office, is taking her business elsewhere. Read more
Delicious thin-crust New York-style pizza! Bright, zesty sauce, crust nicely crisp on the edge (but not too crispy). Pepperoni... was nice and sausage was some of the most flavorful I've had in a while. Light amount of cheese. Fair value for the price -about $12 for 2 slices (ea with one topping) and a Coke. This is by far the best pizza in the city. Growing up in Philly and traveling to NYC, it brought me back home for the time I was... there. Definitely the only place I'll be getting pizza from now on. My wife has never had real NY style from NYC and she ishooked. Thank you for bringing the flavor to the south. Read more
When homesick, I bring myself or ask my girlfriend to hit Manny's House of Pizza. Manny's is by far the best NY style pizza... downtown Nashville. Convenient location, excellent customer service and is run by the family. Manny continues to make the piesso don't miss out! Read more
Absolutely the best pizza that my boyfriend and I have ever had. I am obsessed with the cheese pizza, and he LOVES the Hitman... pizza. The hitman is a pizza on top of a pizza! SO GOOD. Manny is super friendly and makes the best pizza around. A MUST-HAVE ifyou?re in town! Read more
Been eating lunch at Manny's for 12 years now. Family owned and run. Such a pleasant experience. If you want the best NY Pizza... in Nashville look no further. Great crisp with quality sauce and ingredients. Try the lasagna too.. Got me 2 slices for lunchwhile in downtown. Always a treat! Read more
