Very modern and clean restaurant! I love that they have hats on the wall. It was a wonderful experience. There was only one... person who was waiting on the whole restaurant and the bar!!! They definitely need to hire more servers, because it wasn't fairto the server who was there and having to run around and do several people's jobs! The food was delicious! I can?t believe I haven?t left a review before now- but had to chime in and say I am a regular here because of their vegan pho... chay. It has been my favorite meal in Nashville for over a year now. My love for Vietnam food has been ongoing and this restaurant really didn?t disappoint!! I got a Chicken and Spring Roll... Vermicelli Noodle and my friend got a seafood Pho noodle. The boba is great- just the tapioca balls were frozen (personally Ilike mjne warm and chewy) For appetizer we had the pork and shrimp rice dumpling- AMAZING. Only comment with that dumpling wasthe rice flour was a bit too thick and there wasn?t much filling. Regardless the broth, sauce, and service is VERY impressive. Read more

This restaurant was recommended to me by a podcast host and wow, it did not disappoint! The food is absolutely fantastic! I... ordered the egg rolls to start. Nice and crispy rice wrap with delicious filling. For the entree I had the pho bo xao. It tastedjust like homemade pho. We did get a chance to talk to the owner, who informed us that he makes it exactly as he did in Vietnam.If I lived in Tennessee I would probably be at this spot once a week or more. Highly recommend! Excellent food and service! I had a bánh mì with lemongrass chicken, as well as a Vietnamese iced coffee (cà phê s?a ?á).... This would make for a great brunch, or breakfast for those of us who eat later in the morning. I hadn't gone there expecting tohave iced coffee but decided to try it, and it was insanely good. It really stunned me with how it balanced sweetness with astrong coffee taste, and honestly I imagine going back and getting just a coffee. The sandwich was very crispy on the outsidewith an excellent sauce coating the chicken and vegetables. The host and waiter was so friendly, and he offered great info andrecommendations while people were deciding what to order. I also think the cool interior is worth noting!
