Service was a little slow just ordered appetizers and didn't get any refills on our drinks! We was told they were going to bring... us rolls but we had to ask the hostess for some. Good food. Good service. Cheap and easily bent forks. Considering how much a steak costs they need to replace their silverware... with ones that don't bend when you stab into a medium well steak. Their current utensils are very cheap. Read more
Not a good place if you want good service and good food .. seated upon arrival as restaurant was not busy and noticed that the... knife wrapped with my forks had leftover food on it which made it difficult to enjoy my food evenly though I got a new placesetting .. since I had steak at the Texas Roadhouse last week near my house with my family, I decided to order the meatloaf withmashed potatoes/gravy, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms along with green beans and a house salad .. the "meatloaf"looked more like salisbury "steak" and there were no mashed potatoes (see photos) .. I also ordered the Roadhouse 'shrooms as anappetizer and found out after finishing my house salad that the server forgot to put it into the system .. huh? Read more
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Logans location. It took 32 minutes to get drinks, and over an hour to... get a salad. Finally when the steak came my top sirloin looked 1/2 the size of a pitie sirloin. They totally missed the shrimp,and gave me 3 small pieces of broccoli. What a total rip off. For the third time we have tried this restaurant when in Nashville. Everyone sits on the left side of the bar. Because the right... side smells like puke. It's overwhelming to smell. We came in Monday night and they had most of the restaurant tablesavailable. The manager refused to seat us. He told us we would have to wait because he had people coming. As we watched thenext customers be seated with no problem. This has got to be the worst Logans ever. Read more
I travel all over the country. Logan?s is one of my consistent stops. Avoid this location at all costs. Walked into a half... empty restaurant. It took ten minutes for the hostess to let me know it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes later, I askedhow much longer. She let me know she didn?t have any tables and didn?t know if it would be 20 more minutes or an hour becausethey only have 2 servers. I walked half a block to Santa Fe Steakhouse.
