My fiancé went to this location after work for a quick meal. When he got back to his hotel & started eating his pizza he found... a long strand of hair BAKED IN to the pizza (he?s bald so no it?s not his). This location claims to not be able to find histransaction in order to refund him & corporate has told us there is nothing they can do for him as they have no control overdisgusting local stores as this one. Thankfully we do not live in this state so I can?t say we?ll never go there again. HoweverI do NOT suggest anyone eat from this absolutely disgusting store. Disgusting customer service. I placed an online pickup order at 7:45pm and got there at 8pm. I walk up to the doors, and they... are locked. There was two workers in the back that was actively ignoring me. They finally came to the door and said they don'thave any pizza and refunded me. Just wow Read more
This location should apparently remove all their "Hot & Ready" signage. It's beyond baffling to me that I could drive several... minutes off the interstate to go somewhere that I know should have some kind of pizza ready between 5 & 8 PM (specifically6:15PM) just to be met with a location that has literally NOTHING ready to go. Not to mention the eye roll that I got from theboy at the counter after I asked him what was ready to go was quite endearing as well. If they would stand behind what they sayand give a deep discount for having to wait on something that should already be waiting on me, I might stick around. The deep dish pizza they sell is fantastic and I would recommend it to people who need to save some money. The employees were... great and were very respectful. This store in particular has a way for you to order and you don't even need to talk to anyone.This can come in handy to all you introverts and people who have a hard time being outside the house.
