I do not recommend delivery. I only received 1/2 the order. The DoorDash driver blamed the store. I called the store, they said... I had to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and they transferred me to a Little Caesar's hotline. I proceeded to be on hold forover 30 minutes. All I wanted was the 2nd half of my order in which they proceeded to tell me I would have to take that up withthe store. I will receive a refund on the fees that will take 7-10 days to process. In the future I will do without DoorDashand Little Caesar's. Read more

The disconnect between their "delivery" and actual reality is absurd. Never, never, order delivery from these folks. Especially,... if you are ordering for a crew of people to eat. You place your order on the Little Ceasars website, and you get an emailtelling you that your order will be delivered at a certain time from both Little Ceasars and DoorDash. No problem! After thattimes passes, and your hungry crew is standing around looking at each other wondering where lunch is, and you give them a callwondering where your order is, you'll get a random rambling list of goofy excuses that make no sense. The first person will tellyou they don't have an order from you even when you have the emails to prove it. They told me that, "It must've went to anotherstore!" when the confirmation email has their address and phone number on it. Then, when they try to pass the phone off to themanager because they can't run the computer in front of them, the manager hangs up the phone before even listening to the issue!After driving to the location and confronting the manager in person, you find out that your order has been in the system theentire time. The site apparently accepts orders before the store officially opens, and your order will be promptlyignored. Corporate needs to do something about this problem. Little Ceasars blames DoorDash, and DoorDash blames LittleCeasars. Thing is, the money is taken by Little Ceasars, so LITTLE CEASARS is the one that gets the bad reviews! Little Ceasarsis the company that loses business because of how terrible the customer experience is. Management that hangs up the phone beforeeven trying to listen to the problem shouldn't be management! Save yourself some time and trouble and order Domino's! Read more

They told me they don't have to use gloved to make the food. The guy spit in my food and didn't give me a refund. They told me... to talk to corporate. This is a nasty establishment with horrible management and they don't follow Tennessee's food handlerlaws. Read more

Great pizza, and you can't beat the price. My only complaint about any Little Ceasars is their customer service is not great.... Sometimes good but never great. And most of the time, the Hot n Ready is not ready. Read more

They are really nice at this location. I walked in right before they closed and they didn't get mad. Even gave me some extra... pizzas. Walked in and paid for 1, got 3 for free, which works out because I live in a halfway house and fed my roommates. Andnot to mention, the pizza actually tastes good! Read more
