Worst Krystal I have ever been to. There was only two cars in front of me and the dining area was empty. Sat in the drive-thru... for 20 minutes at least, and it wasn't like they were cooking everything to order because the food wasn't even hot and the bunswere shriveled up like they had been sitting in a warmer for two days. I arrived at about 10:57 to order lunch. The lady at the drive through said I could not start ordering lunch until 11:05. I got... back in line and pulled up at 11:04. She said she still could not take my order for lunch. I circled back around and waiteduntil it was 11:05, at which point she said they weren?t taking any orders for the next 10 minutes. My entire order was wrong order a number 1 large with tots and a dirt coke and two Krystal Chicks no pickles got 4 Krystal?s... with cheese, a chili cheese tot and a med drink and two Chiken biscuits?.., How the non reading a screen and order does thishappen? Despite the drive thru speaker not working and the line being long because they had to take orders, payments and give food at... the same window.
