Never really had any issues with this location since it's right near home but we could tell the manager/crew member was... definitely distracted. Ask for no onions on all sandwiches only to get home and every sandwich had onions. Read more
The one star is for the quality of food, the Staff deserve Zero Stars. The young Black Lady with long braided hair, who may or... may not be pregnant at the drive thru window needs to be Terminated Immediately. Her attitude is Disgusting and this makes herquite Ugly. She acts as of the customers are bothering her, she doesn't speak at all when taking your money or giving you theWrong Order. I've filled 2 complaints and will be speaking to corporate soon. We pulled in to the drive thru (its very narrow) and we were greeted in a low voice that we could barely hear. We asked for just... a minute to order. It was about 30 seconds later and we were rudely asked if we were ready yet...I would somewhat understand ifthere was anyone else waiting but we were the only car in the drive thru and I didn't see any cars parked for dine in. As wewere ordering she kept rushing us to finish our order. When we got to the window we had to wait on food, which I understand ifits busy but again there weren't any vehicles there for dine in. In all the service was rude and unfriendly and it seemed likethe employees hated their jobs and made that very apparent. One good thing I can say is the lady who came to the window wasnicer. The food is also good. We love Krystal but we won't be going back to this location. Read more

We didn?t get to try the food. There were lots of cars in line, so we thought we would go inside for a late lunch? The doors... were locked. At first there was an employee sweeping in the dining area. We sat in our car and observed employeesplaying? They were laughing and taking selfies. Even the one who was sweeping joined in on the fun? I started to take a picture,but I didn?t want to start something? The line of cars wasn?t moving. So, we left. We had never eaten at this restaurant andwe live over 6 hours away.
