2:00 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, I go to the drive-thru. I pull right up, and wait a few minutes before they acknowledge me,... and when they do the Lady tells me that they're not taking any more orders for 30 minutes, and then I'll need to drive onthrough, and come back later. That place just needs someone to come in and take over , clean it up (the restaurant and the employees), put some much needed ... TLC into the building....and get rid of that old mean hag that works in the window. If you don't like people, are not nice orcan't even act it, and do not have customer service skills the drive thru window is not for you. She is like that every time meand my famiky go. Krystal.. and in the North, White Castle! What's in a name? These weird, square little 'meat' patties (I got a 3-pack of bacon... cheeseburgers and fries) hit the spot while I was running errands. I don't understand why they just don't close this place down. I went yesterday to get that new Krystal l snack for $1.99. drove... up to the window two ladies were there on the cash register. They did not acknowledge me. Then finally one of them decides tolet me know that there was a shift change and it would be 30 minutes before they can start serving food again. Really.??? Then Iseen another customer behind me being told the same thing. I guess you're very short on help. Just shut the place down and quitembarrassing yourself Krystal. The company can even get the drive-thru speaker to work. Yes I paid a ton of money to get theparking lot repaved. Shows the intelligence of upper management. The drive through speaker needed to be fixed first. I don't seeCrystal being in business much longer though. They are like Kmart slowly dying out.. I guess up a management just doesn't careanymore. There's something to say for how great the staff did tonight and how good our food is from this location. We couldn't see the... menu while we were ordering so they had to help us out remembering what things were called. We really loved the pimento cheesechicks and I think everyone would love it too! Lobby closed... 3 pm Drive through closed... They said through drive through speakers "We are close at shift change We will... reopen in 15 to 20 min..." strange have not seen that before. From out of state wanted to try something different. Read more
