Let me tell you !!! Krystal new fries are worth the extra drive it takes to get to the restaurant. They are amazing. They made... my sweet lovable girl friend happy. Let me tell you she is one picky beast when it comes to her food. On another note...the newKrystal chick is well worth a try. It is one crispy chicken sandwich. I've said for years that this particular location needs to be shut down! Employees never use gloves. They tell u to hold on to... argue over the phone while laughing & sharing messages & pics from their phones. The burgers are either never cooked all the waythru or have been sitting for awhile. Employees "greet" you rudely as if you have interrupted their day by just showing up. I nolonger patronize this establishment. I was there as a door dash pick up. It takes forever and a day to order your food at this place and the staff is not friendly at all. I drive to the window and the... person making the food had on a wife beater and pajama pants lol... No one is in uniform at all. And 8 know they need some helpand we know ppl don't want to work but if you are there to work we as customers need to know if your really an employee. Worst Krystal in 5 states literally. Patties are underdone. You order no in and they just flick them off in front of you. Gave... them a second try through door dash. Dasher called said he couldn?t wait more than the hour he waited. A little slow and Krystals was slopped together, stuff off the burgers in the bottom of the box after a long wait. But hey I... tossed them back together and they was good.
