Ok the grumpy guy at window doesn't know what customer service is remotely about. And 3.80 for a small krystal chik? Um chik... filet is 3 times that size and quality sandwich and there are ½ mile up road. Avoid krystal, they are a dying restaurant andgouging for low quality food. Read more

Extremely disappointed. Krystals is, patty, mustard, onions, pickle.. and you can add cheese. However, we added cheese and... that's all it was. Patty and cheese. We ordered the large sack full, waited forever, outside because this location only hasdrive thru..paid a fortune, because we all know Krystals isn't cheap... and it was patty and cheese.. total disappointment ???? The food is generally hot. The fries and tots are often overcooked and taste like old grease. The Chiks and Burgers are... generally good. Beware, they sometimes close earlier than the posted hours. Overall, service is fine...there are occasionallysome snippy folks taking the orders, but they are fine at the window. I guess it's the pressure of working fast food. This is the BEST Krystal around! Sliders are done perfectly every time with just the right amount of mustard and onions, and... buns are soft and steamy; YUM! Great night manager, who is always kind and friendly. Read more
Saturday 6-25-22 @ 6:20pM at the location: 6940 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 the guy working the drive thru was rude... and interrupted us and didn't understand the proper ways to take a simple order. We came there once on the way to the airportand flustered drove away to ensure my family made their flight on time. We came back on the way back and tried making the sameorder once more and the same guy with annoying cocky remarks was at the window again. We mentioned considering reporting him tocorporate and his response was hallelujah. My wife had been through this location three days ago and got the nicer employee,she was excited to share this experience today with us just to have it all ruined by a bad employee that could care less aboutany negative experiences he creates for return Krystall customers. For a Krystal this is one of the better ones Food was served fast and this was during lunch time on a weekday Drive In only... !!! Whenever the dude with the green car works in parks out front. The food is going to be amazing. Be careful with the grits... though. They're a bit too much butter and usually have to end up pouring some out, but the food is generally pretty good.
