We found out about this place about 4 years ago on Google and enjoyed going here in the past. It has been about 2.5 years since... we been but were delighted to find out the food is still delicious. We usually get the 2 sushi rolls for $18 special and thensplit a Thai dish. The sushi rolls are always fresh tasting and delicious and we love thier Thai entrees. Today we got thedrunken noodles which was filled with flavor. In addition, this is my wife's favorite place for Thai tea as it has the perfectblend. I like this place, closer to Mt. Juliet and the Hermitage area. This place is incredible inside and clean don't judge by its... location. I love the food. Please ask for their hot chili oil and chili garlic oil. If you love spicy food, Kobe is a lovelyplace to eat some of the decent Thai and Japanese classics. The entrees come with either their house salad or miso soup option.I like both; they are yum. Salad is my first choice. My husband and my friends come here once in a few months. UTTER DISAPPONTMENT. I ordered DD delivery from Kobe after a long day at work and wanting a delicious meal. I ordered a Chef... Tempura roll ($12)and a chicken and steak hibachi meal with fried rice ($19 + $2 extra for the rice). Props on the tempuraroll, it was good... not great but good. The rest was pathetic. The "complimentary" salad was a wad of wet iceberg lettuce...that's it. The fried rice was terrible - bland, ugly and not worth the extra $2. The hibachi meal was shocking. There wereonly 4 oz (yes, I weighed it on my food scale) of chicken and steak combined!!!! There was a side of steamed veggies consistingof carrots, broccoli, cabbage and zucchini. cabbage?? In the 40+ years I have consumed hibachi, there were no steamed veggies. I don't know if this is how they serve it in-house but I wont know because I will not eat there again. Surprising find near the airport for sushi and Asian food. The pieces of fish were good sized and fresh. The spice level of the... dishes can be adjusted to your liking. This place is still under the radar, and so good! We got the mussels, and the sauce is delicious with great spices and a perfect... kick. They have some really unique We got several sushi rolls, and the fish was really fresh. Our server was very friendly andkind (we had our young daughter with us).
