King Tut's is perhaps Middle Tennessee's greatest example that the passion and authenticity of cooking does not require gimmicky... signs and pretentious buildings to serve food with the same care and attention that a kitchen would serve to their ownfamily. The freshness and authenticity was only eclipsed by the kindness and warmth behind the face and words of theowner/operator. Admire this man's culinary devotion as well as his thriving garden of plants on the patio. See if you can spotthe fig tree.
