This is absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been to. Not only did they lie to us about a menu item but the lady was rude and... was screaming at someone else with her headset on as she was taking out order. I ordered a beverage bucket that includes a 12 piece meal. I ordered lemonade which was one of the choices. When I reached the... window I was informed there was no lemonade ready. I responded I should have been told that when I ordered, she made noresponse. In the background was a more senior member looking of staff who looked like she was berating me for asking for what Iordered. The end result was I left very dissatisfied, the macaroni and cheese was not good and the corn was dried out. I paidnearly $35 dollars for a meal I was not satisfied with. I would have had a better experience going to Church's chicken. I seewhy Church's chicken up the street has long lines and they are priced cheaper. Read more
Not the friendliest of staff but food was good and hot! The food is always old and the biscuits and buns are always hard as a rock, sometimes completely inedible. The chicken always... tastes like it is fried in old burnt oil. Half the time my order is missing items or has wrong items. I suspect it's badmanagement, because the problems have lasted for years through countless employees. Do yourself a favor and go literallyanywhere else that serves chicken. Read more

We arrived around 8:35 pm and was told that their was no chicken and that their was a 22 min wait on chicken. I asked for a... chicken sandwich instead and the employee informed me that there wasn't any. So I asked If they had chicken wings she said no.So I decided to wait. For an order of wings. If this was because of a lack of employees or lack of food I would understand butfrom what I could see that wasn't the case. I asked if they still gave courtesy drinks for waiting and she said no. Again i wasok. What I wasn't ok with was getting the wings 25 minutes later and they were cold...this was not good business at all. Verydisappointing. Read more
