Ordered (2) $6 combos through the drive-thru. Got to the window and the older lady said I ordered (1) which was corrected.... Requested Fruit Punch as the drinks. Did not get a receipt because I thought it was in the bag but I didn?t realize it till Igot to my location. The orders were terrible !!! The chicken was not done, biscuits were hard & the drinks tasted likecarbonated water, no flavor. I called the restaurant & the person that answered who was speaking for the Manager said to bringthe receipt & the money will be refunded. I advised there was no receipt given so he said to bring the food back which hadalready been tossed in the trash. He said well we can?t help you. Since this was someone else?s lunch they said to just forgetit. Based on other reviews for this location someone in Management needs to get this restaurant in order or they won?t be openlong. I?m sooo done with kfc. I had a coupon and the speaker said ?we don?t take coupons ?. It?s a kfc coupon ???? she said only... certain franchises accept coupons. I thought kfc was a franchise and they take coupons. How can you not accept your own coupon?Is this the twilight zone? ???????? Read more
Terrible experience!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! The young lady at the window has her shirt tied showing her belly with 2 nose rings!... no gloves on ANYONE! No hairnet with large ponytails and hair weaves everywhere!! Unprofessional on all ends!! Sheesh Read more
The young man at the counter was rude and was texting or playing on his phone while taking orders from customers. We asked for... butter and honey and was rudely told ?We don?t got butter.? Then added a wad of honey packets that were sticky. The dining areatables and floors were dirty with trash laying in a chair and on tables. The young man working the front was more worried aboutworking the weekend and texting on his phone. He appeared to treat the next several customers poorly as well, like it was achore to wait on anybody. Bathroom filthy as well. Read more

This is the first KFC I?ve had a 10/10 experience. I came in for a delivery order & everything was nice and neat. The quick... pick-up station was organized for my order. The restaurant itself is well maintained with a nice decor inside. No dining in but walk ins and drive thru at the moment. Took... awhile before someone came to take my order and when they finally did, she put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Waitedanother 5 minutes to get the correct drink. 15 minutes later, I got my order and when I left, realized I got a wrongdrink. Service was not good that is why I gave a 3 star but the food was. The food was great, but there are a couple of African American women there with poor attitudes (not the elderly one)!!!... Sarcastic, rude, and when giving me and my wife our food, which was over $50, one said here without a smile and acted irritatedwhen I asked for honey for my wife!!
