Went 2 hours before closing ad they were out of almost all their chicken, and said they had already shut their fryers down. When... I asked for half chicken half straps to complete my order, she got snippy and told me "she wasn't going to argue with me". Whatfood i was able to get was decent. This complaint dates back to December 2021. I filed an online complaint( Case #00754093 and Case #00754105 because the first one... wouldn?t upload the pictures) as requested and was told someone would follow up. There was no follow up so I took my time andcalled numerous times to speak to someone in customer service. When reaching someone they just said someone will call me backbut there has not been any call backs. I have given many, many months and many opportunities for the company to make this right.I believe in great customer service and this is a fail. Here?s the issue and the proof- the sides are listed as one price, butI was overcharged and unknowing paid the additional charge on site upon service. After pulling out of the drive thru I reviewedthe receipt because I knew the numbers didn?t add up(large side listed $2.59 I paid $3.99 per side)The staff was short andstressed(those people did a good job by the way all things considering) so I decided it was best just to reach out to uppermanagement to handle the situation . Always pay attention to advertised prices and what you actually pay. Majority of placeswill graciously apologize, refund your $ , and go above and beyond to keep your business. This is a simple mistake that requiresa simple resolve and that is not what?s happened here. It?s May of 2022 and I?m still waiting on a phone call back or a responseto the email for the filed complaints. I wonder how many people are unaware that they are paying extra money for the food theyordered and that the prices are not what are advertised- that?s false advertisement and can be escalated very quickly. Checkyour receipts people and be aware. I use to visit this location and haven?t been back since. On Sunday 4/17/2022, I went to KFC to pick up dinner.. I ordered a 12 piece dinner, and had to wait: when the order came I went... home, after getting home, I realized the biscuits were hard as rocks and the chicken was supposed to be original but it was hardalso. The order taker and cashier sam e person, rude as hell, I'll drive to dickson tn before stop there again. and napkins, Wasn't... sure why she so rude, I was only one in line, till finally got last order in, when you oder for 5 different people and want tomake sure each gets what they want, she was rude from beginning to end.
