Stopped in for lunch; this is a sports bar(ish) type place that also has an open/sunny/industrial vibe; everyone present when I... was there were eating and not drinking or watching sports on the multiple screens that were present. We both had the lunchspecial which was Persian-style beef ka-bob in a wrap for about $8 (other items not on special run from $9-$17 or so). Itdoesn't come with any sides only a pickle spear and a very tasty creamy, herby sauce to dip it in. The veg on it was very fresh, the beef tasty, and the wrap thick and soft. We got an order of the cheese fries appetizer to share (about $7) which were toppedwith cheddar, Monterey Jack and green onions....very good size, enough for at least 3 people, and were awesome! Ask for a sideof ranch to dip them in. Everything was very tasty and I'd definitely get the fries again, but having looked at the menu later, there are many other items I'd like to try next time. They also serve ale and you can order from their sister restaurant,Perfect Pizza at their counter, which is next door...wish I'd known that at the time. Located on ground floor in a bldg withseveral other bars and restaurants, free parking in rear and front curb; has an entrance from the rear. Also has outdoorseating. This is a very casual, order at the counter, get your own drinks, no wait staff type place; although they do bring yourfood to your table. Read more

Had their Thursday special (marinated grilled chicken wrap). It was very good and priced fair. They also have a very good beer... selection. Would definitely go back. Read more

Food is good, but portion size is a joke. It's ironic they call this the Chicken "Platter". Ketchup packet is there to show you... the relative size. 1 "platter" = approximately 1.5 chicken tenders at Kay Bob's. Disappointed. Read more

Open patio was really nice. Neighborhood locals conversation. Football games playing. Plenty of choices of beer. No liquor. Food... was good. Cajun fries were awesome! Read more

I thoroughly enjoy Kay Bob?s. They have great staff, a nice atmosphere, and tasty food. They are a little pricy for the food... given, but it is delicious. Their King platter is delicious with 2 different meat kebabs and rice/pita. I especially enjoy theirself-serve spicy mango sauce. It goes excellently with any item, and I love dipping their fries in it. Also, they have superfun trivia (Trivia Time!) on Sunday evenings at 8pm. Read more
