Delivery is not freaky fast. Ordering during lunch or dinner you can expect to wait upwards of an hour for your order. I wish... they would hire more delivery drives or get folks in cars to deliver. Calling the store to ask about where your order is doesn'tusually yield any good answers, either. Read more
I was the only one in the store when I ordered. (Looking back, I?m surprised anyone even took my order) No one was making any... sandwiches (ie. for delivery). But I eventually had to ask them to make my sandwich because they were all just standing aroundtalking. First of all, customer service is always a make or break for me and I was so happy to experience good customer service after a... long morning waiting at a nearby hotel. I had a sandwich delivered to Frost Brown and Todd building in the pinnacle , I'd like to know as to why my delivery driver... could not fulfill their responsibility and deliver to the 19th floor , so I had one of my assistant come down 19 flights ofstairs to pick the order up and haul it back up the same 19 flights , can someone please explain to me why ? There was not evenan offer to meet half way , so let me get this clear , you don't feel a customer is worth fulfilling a commitment to delivery ,unless it suits the tip , am I to assume work ethic is not in the forefront of anyone's mind to deliver great customer service ,whether it was one sandwich or a catered event Read more
I use to work there so I'm going to show big Love for them. The food is always fresh and made freaky fast plus the workers are... the best, most good hearted freaks I know. It's downtown in the most popular area near Broadway and near the Titans statium. Placed an order today at 1216pm it took 50 minutes before my order was placed out for delivery at 104pm. My office is less then... 2 blocks from the location and it took an additional 25 minutes to re eive my order. When I called the store to complain allthey would say is oh we're busy. Their slogan freaky fast is a joke. Read more
