Friendly staff but, wow, are they getting stingy with the meat and fixings at this location. My girlfriend and I each had an... experience being served a sandwich with multiple bites of nothing but bread. We both opened up our buns to discover virtuallynothing compared to previous servings from this location, as well as competitors. The overall flavor was good, but the sandwichwas shockingly light on everything. I would say that, had she and I put the contents of each of our sandwiches together andtossed one of the buns, we'd have had the kind of sandwich we typically receive and expect. We agreed, there's a Subway just aminute away on foot, and we'll be going there from now on, even if there's a longer wait than we'd prefer. (We understand nowwhy the lines are sometimes longer at Subway, customers are actually getting what they pay for there.) Read more

The restaurant advertises closing at 7pm. I arrived on Saturday at 6:40pm, along with 4 other customers. There were 4... employees working in the store, including a delivery drive. At first, the 3 employees up front said that they were still open. Then, another employee came up front and said that they were closed. There were clearly not supposed to be closed at thatpoint, but no one challenged her position. None of us were served, with 20 minutes left until the advertised Close Time. Theclosing time for an establishment is not when the employees should expect to walk out the door, it is when the public shouldexpect that they will no longer be served. I live, literally, on the next block. However, given the poor customer service, Iwill not patron this restaurant in the future. Read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Just so rude on the phone and not helpful at all. I was being so polite the entire time.

I had the regular size Jimmy Cubano with chips and medium drink ($13 w/Tax). It was a provolone cheese, ham, and bacon sandwich... which was loaded with sliced pickles and the bread was loaded with the distinct taste of Hellman's mayo and brown mustard. Itwas salty and excellent. There was pickles in every bite. It looked like they sliced an entire deli sized gherkin on thesandwich. I enjoyed it but next time I think I will go with the Little John (half the price) because it was a lot of sandwich.Jimmy John's is a great place. Make sure to join the rewards program. Read more

The store is located 1/10 of a mile from the hotel I was staying at. After an hour I finally received my order only to discover... that it was soaking wet from something. I don't know if the diet Coke ordered along with it spilled all over the sandwiches orwhat. Instead of bringing the sandwiches to the room I'm staying at he leaves it on the counter of the hotel calls me on his wayout. Does not mention that the sandwiches are wet or the bag is destroyed or anything. I called the manager and he stated hewill remake it and send it out so we will see how long it takes. Be in a business there should be some type of disciplinaryaction for even delivering such subpar orders to customers. Read more

Nice and centrally located in downtown Nashville. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is good. If looking for... somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat you could do a lot worse, as walking around as a complete outsider I couldn?t seeanything else close. Read more
