The food was great, but what wasn't great was the loud blond haired lady picking on the other employees because they might have... different religious belief, or a different partner preference than her. I did an order via the app (you get a free sandwich!) I work less than a mile from the restaurant and they are normally super... fast. I got there went to the pick up place and waited and waited. There was a line for about 6 people ahead of me so I waspatient also there were people just coming back from break so I figured they were extra backuped. And someone accidentally tooksomeone else's order. Finally after being there for about 20 minutes and everyone one else got there food I started to check tosee maybe they already did my order and I didn't see it. NOPE. Finally one of the sandwich preparers asked about my order, foundit, made it, and then apologized for my wait. I won't use the mobile app again. That was ridiculous. Read more
