Not sure it?s worth the time to type this. The management responds to these reviews with a generic reply. Store is open until... 10:00 per Google and your website. Went to drive through at 9:45, no answer. Parked car and went to door. Locked. Went back todrive through, employee- ?Can I help you??. I started to order, interrupted, ?We?re closed?. I responded ?Oh, I?m sorry? with anaggravated ?Man, Damn? said back to me. I am a regular customer who comes 2-3 times a week. Typically 9:30-9:45 due to medicalnature of my job. Tonight?s experience was enough for me to say adios. You lost a regular customer and will continue to losethem with that type of attitude. Skip this location, staff is rude, when I showed up to pick my online order up, they didn't have change for my bill, which is... frustrating, but, happens, it was however unnecessary for the young man to be rude and short with me handing me back mymoney. It is not my fault that you don't stock the cash drawer, nor do I take being talked to by a teenager disrespectfullywell, perhaps that is why there is no one ever at that location for the Chick-fil-A next door is always packed. Ask for tuna on a wrap and was told wraps are for only speciality sandwiches. Ask for a fork because I ended up getting the... lettuce wrap and could not eat it so I thought I could eat as a salad. Ask if they had forks and was told no and the two peoplebehind the counter where laughing about the fact I Ask for a fork. Napkins were not visible and was told to lean over thecounter to get them. This location now has a drive-through, which is a plus, but I ordered a sandwich with no meat or cheese? (For a grandchild who... wanted only mayo& lettuce on white bread) and they charged me the full price of a meat& cheese sandwich! $7.19. When Iquestioned them about it they said they had no way to price it out any differently! I got the meat and cheese on the side, sinceI?d paid for it. I can?t imagine that they cannot accommodate vegetarian orders in a better manner. Read more
Measuring in at 3 1/2 inches tall the gargantuan sandwich on wheat is easily enough for two for a total of $10. Bread, tomato,... pickle, five types of meat including Capicola, Salami, ham, roast beef, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, sports peppers,onions, mustard, oil & vinegar and oregano. I ordered on the app so I made some substitutions from the regular sandwich. Bestsandwich I?ve ever had at Jimmy John?s and one of the best sandwiches I?ve ever had period! The quality of the sandwiches I?vehad has been best during the weekdays at lunch. We love that they have a drive thru!
