So I usually have a good experience here , but today I really didn?t appreciate the lack of customer service . Went to the... register told the guy#1 what I would like Night club with no cheese, on wheat . Then he repeated night club right? I said yesthe box . I?m waiting for my sandwich, guy#2 hand me my sandwich, I said no cheese right, oh I think I put cheese on there? okI would like one with no cheese I?m allergic. Guy #3 responds so you just want me to make a new sandwich , I said of course .While the guy#1 from the register whispers to guy#3 remaking the sandwich that I never asked for cheese, while remaking mysandwich they commented ? Food always seems to be great at JJ. There were about 9 people behind the counter, all hustling, but it took a solid 10 minutes... waiting on my sandwich. Only thing I can think of is delivery orders? I assume so because there were only 2 customers beforeme. I wasn't in a hurry, didn't mind the wait, but I see situations like that and my mind wants to get behind the counter andsee if I can find the bottleneck. EXCELLENT SANDWICH tho!!! Read more
