I usually order from this location 2-3 times a week. I am sorry to say that there customer services has steadily gone down at a... consistent level. I ordered food for delivery yesterday at 2 pm by 2:15 the order said out for delivery, I work literally in thesame shopping center as the restaurant. 30 mins later still no delivery, so I called the store the person who answered the phonewas extremely rude and told me the deliver driver got into an accident, I said no problem I understood and asked if there was aETA. I was told the manager was out delivering the order as we spoke. I said ok thank you and was promptly hung up on midsentence. After another 30 goes by the ?manager? brought the order in. I asked politely how long my food had been sittingbecause I didn?t really want to eat a soggy sandwich, to which I was told it was just made, when I explained that I called thestore and was told the driver got in a accident she rolled her eyes at me and said she didn?t know who I talked to and thereOnline delivery tracker was always wrong. I explained again that it had been over an hour since my order was placed she told methat everything was fresh I said ok. Once she left I took a sip of my sprite and there was no way it was just poured all the icewas melted and it was completely flat, I opened my sandwich and it was hot like it had been sitting out in the sun in 90 degreeweather. Good food. Typical chain restaurant. Cleanliness is good. Quality and price of the food are fair. The staff is friendly.
Freaky slow delivery taking over 30 mins for the last three orders placed through JJ app. I gave this place another try today... and got not only the slow delivery, but also hair in the sandwich. They used to do better but I learned not to expect from themafter recent disappointments. Read more
