First of all, this isn?t what I ordered, and it straight up came like this. I called the store to let them know that this isn?t... what I ordered and they just argued with me and told me they just do what?s on the ticket. They were extremely rude and justacted like they didn?t care. I don?t know how they are still open with that lack of customer service. There are better placeswith better staff, I hate to write a bad review but I don?t want anyone to have this experience! Read more
I love the pizza. Jet's is a favorite at our house, and the people here are really nice, but they never have masks on, and I... haven't seen any evidence that ownership or management has put any precautions in place to protect employees or customers otherthan maybe a hand sanitizer dispenser that I have never seen being used. I visit often enough this is clearly not a fluke. I amthinking I should spend my money at a restaurant where they do care. This makes me sad because I love the pizza and have been aregular customer for many years, but I just can't abide such irresponsible behavior. Read more
