I ordered through the app today at 12:30 for a pickup at 1:30. When I got there the order was not ready. I was the only customer... in the store at the time and the employees looked at each other and said " I thought you made it." Well they quickly made thesandwich and put together the order. I just had this happen 3 weeks ago at a different store so I wanted to be fair to them andpost a review for this store. The only difference was how quickly they made things right in this store. For a location that just reopened, this is the grossest Jersey Mike?s location that I?ve ever been to. I have been in twice in... the last month. The first time I was disgusted by the cleanliness, but I figured the employees were overwhelmed with the reopen.Went back two weeks later and it was just as bad, if not worse. Ordered from Jersey Mike's for many years. Always great subs and service. The last 3 months our orders have been not so... satisfying. Customer Appreciation month. Our order was two giant # 10 Tuna. The person that made the subs obviously never madeone before. The tuna was spread on the bun like you would spread mayo. Yes that thin three tomato slices just a hint of lettuce.It was an on a online order. Two dollar tip added to the order. My son picked up the order and said the bag felt really lightand continued to drove home. I was totally shocked when we opened our subs. I couldn't believe my eyes. Called the locationphone just rang no answer. It was a pretty warm day out my son didn't want to drive back he was hungry. I looked at the receiptto see if there was a survey to fill out but none. We ordered giant #10 Tuna subs again today. Total came to $34.23 with a twodollar tip. I'm not aware of a tuna shortage. This time there was a little more tuna. Not alot of lettuce or tomato. No Mike'sway pepper. I guess we won't online order anymore. Just not a sub above when it comes to Tuna. Read more
Decided to come and get a few sandwiches for tomorrow?s lunch and when I pulled up, I noticed someone sitting at one of the... tables, but the open light was off. If you all close at 9, why are the lights off before 8:30pm? I watched him get up and gobehind the counter. I?m not rating the food, It?s Jersey Mike?s? pretty much the same wherever you are? I?m rating the service. The young lady that... rung up my order was very polite and seemed to have a positive attitude. The gentleman that made my food, was the same however Iwas really impressed by his attention to detail. It was like he wanted to make the perfect sandwich. It was easy to tell that hewas taking pride in his work?. I actually asked him if he was the franchise owner, believing that he must?ve been considering the amount of effort he was putting in to making my order. Read more
Rolled in on the way to work right when they opened for a couple subs, and was so glad I stopped! The bread is fresh and hot and... the toppings were delicious. It hit just right. The team behind the counter were a little surprised I came in right when theyopened, but did a wonderful job getting my order in and doing it right! I will make a note to be back again! Read more

My sandwich was supposed to have bacon but had none. From the reviews I just read this seems to be an ongoing problem.
