I visited Jersey's Mikes in on Lebanon Pike for the first time last evening. Having never ordered there before, I explained... that I wanted two sandwiches. When C.J. cut the first roll and reached for the cheese, I tried to explain that I wanted anothersandwich, and at that point he slammed down the cheese that he was holding a very hatefully glared at me asking , " so you wanttwo of these?" I said, "Yes; I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear." He just continued to slam things, but would neverspeak again. I tried to apologize to him one more time, which at this point he yelled loudly for his co-worker. I didn't knowif he was going to throw me out or what. When the other young man came to the front, he was gracious and kind, and I finallyasked the other man's name and told him I thought C.J. was rude as hell. I don't know what his issue was at that time, but itwas over- the top and unprofessional. Looking back, I should have stopped him then and left the store, but I was justflabbergasted enough to not think straight. Ultimately, I paid $37.00 to be treated shamefully, and I won't come back. Soon as I stepped foot in the door ?. HORRIBLE. Chips on the floor, sandwich wrapper on the table , tables dirty. Who would... want to eat or order anything when the front of the house is nasty . The lady collecting money eating on ice . If you?re serv-safe certified, you should know the rules when it comes to cups/ drinks in the front . Overall it was just a hot mess. Read more
The dude with the hat on, had a really bad attitude about mixing up the yellow mustard and honey mustard. He decided to just... scrape off the yellow mustard instead of making a new piece of top bread. I then asked him to do that and he did. Then he forgotsome of my toppings I had asked for, my girlfriend stepped in and had to ask for the right toppings since he wasnt listening tome. He globbed on so much mayo it was ridiculous and so much honey mustard. It was disgusting. And he was so rude and sloppy atremaking my order. And the other lady there had to watch him and make sure he did things right. Training a new person versus aperson who just was rude are two different things. That wasnt the case here and me and my girlfriend come here all the time andnever had an issue up til today. Still paid 40$ to end up dealing with the short end of the stick from his mess up and therewere no apologies either. Not that I expected one, but its common courtesy when you actively mess up a customers order right infront of them and dont even correct the mistake correctly! Read more
Majorly skipped on the meat on my roast beef and provalone. I could understand less sometimes, but there was barely any... and... it was the only meat on the sandwhich. Any other part wouldn't be an issue. Read more
It was ok tomatoes we're very ripe meat has no flavor and bread was hard. Definitely wasn't worth the 11 bucks for one sandwich.
Making sandwiches is easy, but making them this good is a totally different story. The meats were sliced fresh to order, and... the sandwich was ready before I reached the end of the counter.
