I love Jersey Mike's. It's my favorite sandwich shop. However... This shop in particular has been super disappointing. Two... orders in a row were just bad. The first order... It was like someone had scraped the bread out of the crust. The sandwich wasmissing 2 of the 3 meats and condiments but was still somehow so messy I ended up using a fork. This order was not better. Iordered extra bacon on a BLT and got a whopping 2 pieces and no mayo. I'm sorry, but a BLT is 4 ingredients and you skimped onone and forgot another? C'mon... That's just bad. I will still get Jersey Mike's, but I'll drive an extra 10 miles to the nextclosest one to avoid this one. Read more

I've been a long time patron of the Bellevue Jersey Mike's, and since ownership changed, it's just awful. Late/cancelled orders,... lack of organization, poor food quality, etc. I'm sure they're doing their best, but good gracious things have gone waydownhill. I have loved Jersey Mike's for a long time. The last time I went when I got home with my sandwich it was all wrong. I got a #9... and the guy was going to leave the bacon off until I asked for it. When I got home I saw the roast beef was not on there and ittasted like a ham and mayo sandwich. I couldn't eat the whole thing because of how heavy the mayo was and I'm not a big fan ofham, there was just a very little amount turkey on there. This is only 1 of 2 sandwiches I ever get and it tasted nothing likeusual. There is no way to get a hold of the store. I emailed their corporate and they were sending it to the store. A week laterI emailed corporate again to let them know no one reached out or made things right and they helped rectify the situation.Corporate sent a message to the store a 2nd time also and there was still no answer. This store has really gone down hill fromfirst going and is now not worth it at this location. Read more

Lost my business. I had a group of 8 coming after church and one of the employees turned us away. Her reason was that it was... going to take 45 minutes to catch up on online orders. I have never been to a more dysfunctional establishment. I won't be back.Subway here we come! Read more

It's a jersey mikes that is extra clean inside with friendly staff and consistently good food. The team working there was... consistently cleaning and talking to regulars and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there which we are huge fans of. The food -don't be alarmed by the first sandwich. J got a turkey BLT and ate a lot of it before remembering to take a picture (my bad). Pgot the chicken marinara and it was a standard sammy that made him less hungry. Nothing too out of this world, but it was a nicespot for a quick bite in the Bellevue area. Read more
