Sooooo sloooow!! We have waited for almost 20 minutes, very unpleasant customer service, they were more interested playing... around in the back then the line that was forming in the front! Mango a go go. Quick friendly service last week. Come again today...they had to find the girl in the back. She complained the... whole time while making my shake. Third time I go by, I couldn't even wait to be served. One person in front of me and I waswaiting ten minutes. They didn't even finish before I got tired if waiting. I waited 35 minutes for my smoothie that they didnt have the order for. All she had to say was sorry. Terrible service.
Now I don't know what's going on but this location is a great one. The reviews I've seem are unreal. I work right next door to... this one and I always get great service. So do my co-workers. We go 2, 3 times a week. The staff members are friendly and mysmoothies are always delicious. Sometimes it's a little bit of a wait but I don't mind at all. It's worth it!!!! Read more
I ordered a smoothie and 5 minutes later when someone else started making it (rolling their eyes and saying Jesus Christ, mind... you I was the ONLY customer) she went to the back at a glacial pace and came back out holding an apron. Somehow managed to makethat take a couple minutes in its own and was sticking her hands up in her hair restyling it and restyling it. 15 minutes latershe pointed to the counter to let me know it was done.
