I got the breakfast sampler which included two eggs, two strips of bacon, two sausage links, two pieces of ham, two pancakes,... and hash browns. My food was good, the ham especially so. My friend got the breakfast burrito. It was so much bigger than weanticipated. The server, Caroline (I think), was really good and attentive. The buser maybe was trying too hard because severaltimes he asked to take my dishes when I wasn't done (we were just talking alot). It would have received five stars, but itseemed the food took longer than it should have. We didn't mind, but if I had been in a hurry, it might have beenfrustrating. Also, the paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom wasn't working so they just had a roll sitting out. Read more
I am so disappointed. From my receipt you can clearly see that I ordered the split decision breakfast which is supposed to come... with thick cut French toast with powdered sugar and butter. However, I just received a thin slice of toasted white bread withbutter on it. I also paid extra for Tres leches pancakes, and they gave me regular pancakes. I'm very disappointed because I waslooking forward to a sweet breakfast and I didn't get that. Save your money. I paid $20 for nothing. Read more
It took way to long to receive food n order. People walked off. I gave waitress my cc n she literally walked around for 15... minutes with it in hand. Worst experience ever. Glad to be going back to Houston Texas. Where ihops home are better. Read more
Quick efficient service. Well prepared omelet. Only side note..hash browns could have been hot
It took almost 20 minutes for someone to take my order. 2 families came in after me and were seated quickly. I asked for 3 full... orders of crepes plain with syrup to go. About 10 minutes later, my crepes come out with cream on top and no syrup in the bag. Idid like how quickly they corrected themselves. It should not have taken over 40 minutes for my order to get to me correctly. Read more
Considering they were short a cook and a server, it went pretty smoothly. My concerns were that at one point I counted 10 plates... of food on deck to be taken out and it along with the rest of the plates getting colder and colder. The food was like warm butdid not think they could handle any grievences at that time. No point in pouring salt in a wound. Read more
Our waitress was super friendly, patient, and super accommodating for a party of six, which had separate checks, the epitome of... Southern charm (all of us were Honey, Gorgeous, Sweetie)! My food was delicious and all of our orders were correct--which is noeasy feat for a large table that modifies all their orders. My Poblano omelette was moist, and the meat tender; my upgradedstrawberry banana pancakes were amazing, banana chunks baked into the pancake, and whole strawberries on top, just like the menupic! The food was tasty and well seasoned, however; the tomatoes used did not taste good. I think it was getting spoiled. My... waitress was very pleasant. The room temperature was a bit cold for me. I would have given them 5 stars. Read more
