A simple drive thru speaker misunderstanding turned into an employee arguing with me at the pay window. I spoke with her about... the speaker incident and she proceeds to tell me that I was being rude. I then requested management info and was advised therewasn?t any to give. Everytime we go they have the worst cinnamon rolls. Hardly no icing, hard as a rock, and the service is rude sometimes.

My wife and I went through the drive-thru at the Hardee's location at 2536 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville Tennessee. This is... what the loaded omelet biscuits we ordered looked like. Not even close to what the commercials and menu pictures look like. Itook these pancake- flat sandwiches back in, because surely they gave us the wrong order. Food quality was good. Service average. Was unable to make a sandwich adjustment without a $4 upcharge. Half rhe menu items... listed on the website not available in store. Will be a rare trip overall. If you're paying $50 for your food you would thinkswapping out a grilled piece of chicken for a fried piece would not be a crazy upcharge. Read more
